Test suite to validate that a VRF releases its mark when it is
deleted, so that creating it again assigns a new one regardless
of the characters used in its name.

Description

Deleting a VRF releases its mark, so creating it again must
assign a new one while its neighbour keeps its own. Each pair
is configured at the same time and chosen so that the deleted
name, were it handled as a pattern instead of as a literal,
would also match its neighbour.
