This scenario shows how to prevents a user from creating a VIF
on a port that belongs to a bridge.

Description

A VIF can be configured on an interface that is already
associated to a bridge, which could lead to errors and
unexpected behavior
In this case, a commit validation has been added so now
the user will not be able to confgure a port if it is
already associated to a bridge-group
