Test IPsec With Multipath XFRM Interfaces

Description
===========

`DUT0` and `DUT1` are connected to each other through multiple IPsec tunnels
with same local and remote prefixes.

In this test case, we will check the IPsec tunnels are installing the multipath routes
correctly and the traffic is being balanced between the two tunnels.
