Test IPsec With Multipath XFRM Interfaces

Description
===========

`DUT0` and `DUT1` are connected to each other through multiple IPsec tunnels
with the same local and remote prefixes.

In this test case, we will check IPsec tunnels are correctly installing through two peers
directly connected to the `DUT0` and `DUT1` devices.
