Scenario to verify BGP **peer-group shutdown** inheritance.
When ``shutdown`` is configured on a peer-group, all neighbor sessions that
are members of the group are administratively disabled.

Description
===========

Test that ``shutdown`` configured on a peer-group administratively disables all
member sessions. First the session establishes normally, then shutdown is applied
to the peer-group causing the session to enter Idle (Admin) state.
