Scenario to verify BGP **peer-group soft-reconfiguration inbound** inheritance.
When ``soft-reconfiguration inbound`` is configured on a peer-group, members
store all received routes before applying inbound policies. This allows viewing
original routes via received-routes even if they were filtered.

Description
===========

Test that ``soft-reconfiguration inbound`` configured on a peer-group stores
received routes before policy filtering. DUT1 advertises 1.1.1.0/24 and
2.2.2.0/24. DUT0's prefix-list denies 1.1.1.0/24. With soft-reconfiguration
inbound inherited from the peer-group, 1.1.1.0/24 is filtered from the BGP
table but still visible in received-routes.
