To send any product to Teldat for repair or return, you must request an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization). This service simplifies and expedites tasks such as:
- The delivery of devices to our facilities for repair.
- Returning products for any reason.
- Tracking the status of your repairs.
Standard Repair
If your Product fails within the warranty period, the repair is free of charge. The average time for a repair process is 15 working days.
If your warranty has expired, you will be informed instantly when generating your RMA and you will also be informed of the price of the repair.
